Christmas light installation FAQs
- How much does professional Christmas light installation cost in Maryville, TN?
- Most residential displays in Maryville run between $700 and $2,500 for the first season, including design, leased commercial-grade lights, installation, in-season maintenance, takedown and storage. Price depends on roofline length, roof height, and how many trees or landscape features you want lit. Permanent LED systems typically run $4,000 to $12,000 installed. Every estimate is free, on-site and quoted as a fixed price in writing.
- What areas do you serve?
- Maryville, Alcoa, Louisville, Rockford, Friendsville, Townsend and Walland in Blount County, plus Seymour, Knoxville, Farragut, Hardin Valley, Lenoir City, Sevierville and Pigeon Forge.
- When should I book my Christmas lights?
- July through early October is ideal. Installations begin in late September and the December calendar is usually full by early November. Booking early also locks in your preferred install week.
- Is everything included in the price?
- Yes. Design, leased lights, clips, timers, installation, all in-season service calls, January takedown and off-season storage are quoted as one seasonal price. There are no per-visit maintenance charges.
- What happens if a bulb burns out or a strand goes bad?
- Call or text us and we'll be out to fix it, typically within 48 hours, at no charge. Bad bulbs, failed strands and any weather damage are our responsibility — not yours — for the full lease season.
- Do I buy the lights or do you lease them?
- We lease the lights to you for the season. That means no upfront hardware cost, no storage, no tangled strands, and no replacement bulbs to buy. If anything fails, we replace it free. You get a professional display without owning a single strand.
